Internships to USA, Canada, and International university students and recent graduates to address environmental issues in Alaska. International applicants must be pursuing a degree in an American institution and be eligible to work in the United States. Funding is intended for students who are interested in a career in conservation and are willing to make a long-term commitment to preserving and protecting the pristine environment and diverse cultures of Alaska.

Grants to USA and territories nonprofit organizations, government agencies, tribes, and IHEs to host humanities programming for K-12 and higher education teachers. The goal of the program is to offer professional development programs that convene K-12 educators and higher education faculty from across the nation in order to deepen and enrich their understanding of a variety of topics in the humanities and enrich their capacity for effective scholarship and teaching.

Grants to USA and Canada IHE faculty, as well as high school math teachers in conjunction with IHE faculty for projects that encourage girls and women to study mathematics. Funding is intended to propel university and college mathematics faculty to develop projects to increase the participation of women in mathematics.
