Grant Description
Grants to Arizona organizations to provide human services for vulnerable populations in eligible communities. Funding is intended to provide for the basic needs of individuals with disabilities or mental health disorders, low- and moderate-income residents, seniors, youth, and people experiencing housing crises.

Applicants must select one of the following populations to serve: People experiencing homelessness and/or housing crisis; Households with low and moderate income; Seniors who are isolated or have low household incomes; Youth who are isolated or have low household incomes; People living with mental health and/or substance use disorders; People living with physical and/or intellectual disabilities

Top Areas of Need: Housing for All Incomes; Behavioral Health, Homelessness; Better Communication of Available Resources; Transportation; Social Isolation; Food Insecurity.


Additional Eligibility Criteria
Organizations in the City of Chandler are eligible to apply.

Pre-Proposal Conference
An application orientation will be held virtually.

The minimum grant request level is $10,000

Term of Contract
The proposed program or service must take place from July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2025.
